Sifra Partner Program terms

These terms apply to everyone in the Sifra Partner Program run by Sujon Mir (Sifra Chat), Munshiganj, Bangladesh. By applying you agree to them.

Who can join

Freelancers, web agencies and IT firms who build or look after websites. For now, partners must be based in Bangladesh (we pay in taka); the clients you refer can be anywhere in the world. We approve every application by hand and may say no without giving a reason.

Commission

  • 15% of the setup fee, once, when the client pays it.
  • 20% of the monthly fee for the client’s first 24 paid months. When you have 5 or more live client bots, all your monthly commission is 25% from that month.
  • Commission is worked out on what the client actually paid, after discounts, in the currency they paid in (taka or US dollars). Free or waived invoices earn nothing.
  • Each commission waits 30 days, in case of a refund, and then becomes confirmed. If an invoice is refunded or cancelled, its commission is removed.
  • We may change these rates for the future with 30 days’ notice. Commission already recorded never changes.

Payouts

  • Confirmed commission is paid on the 10th of each month once it reaches ৳500 (dollar commission counted at the payout-day rate). Smaller amounts roll over.
  • Partners in Bangladesh are paid in taka by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank; dollar commission is converted at the rate we get on payout day.
  • Every payout comes with a statement showing the amounts, the rate and the transaction ID. Transfer fees charged by your own bank or wallet are yours.
  • A client is yours when they sign up within 90 days of opening your link, or type your code when signing up. Once their account exists, the client stays linked to you.
  • If there is a mix-up (for example a client forgot your code), write to us. We decide who gets the credit, and only future commission moves.
  • You only see your clients’ names, websites, plans and status, never their chats or leads.

Not allowed

  • Referring yourself, your own business or a family business to earn commission.
  • Spam, fake reviews, or promises we don’t make (for example “free forever” or AI features we don’t offer).
  • Paid ads on the word “Sifra”, or pretending to be Sifra Chat.

If we see any of these, we may hold or remove the related commission.

Pausing and ending

We may pause a partner account while we check something; new commission is then held, and money already earned is not lost. You can leave any time by emailing [email protected]; confirmed commission is still paid out.

Your data

What we collect from partners and referred clients, and how we use it, is explained in the Sifra Privacy Policy. Partners never see a client's chats, leads, visitors or login. The Sifra Terms of Service apply to the clients you refer.
